ORDER CANCELLATION
If after making your order you decide to cancel it PLEASE let us
know by e-mail or fax (423-507-1636) within 24 hours of placing
your order and you will be refunded in full. If notification is
received after 24 hours your order will already be processing and
cancellation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once the
order has shipped we cannot give a refund on the postage
charge.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We gladly accept Pay Pal, money orders, cashiers check and
personal checks. Orders being paid by personal check will not
ship until funds have been verified. All others will be shipped
upon receipt of payment. Please make checks or money orders
payable to: Delightful Products and mail to the address above.

SHIPPING

CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL
UNITED STATES

We will ship all orders on a timely basis via either USPS or DHL
ground. Orders can be shipped priority or express mail for an
additional charge. Our products are handmade as the orders are
received. Most orders will ship in 7-14 days. Large orders or
special orders will take a little longer.

Notification will be made to all customers the day their order has
been shipped along with a tracking/confirmation number. If the
package is not received within 10 days of the shipment date
please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

Our shipping charges are based on cost of the items ordered.
Following is the breakdown:

Order Total $1 - $49.99 ........... Charge $4.95
Order Total $50 - $99.99 ......... Charge $5.95
Order Total $100 & up ......... Charge $6.95

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 15 days
from the shipment date if you are unhappy with your order. Please
do not send soiled, used or dirty merchandise back to us. We
cannot refund items that have been damaged or soiled by your
pet. We cannot give a refund unless the items are new and
unused. We do not refund the postage charge. All returns must
be accompanied by the packing slip/invoice. The refund will not
include the postage charge. All shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the
customer

Refund: Send the new and unused item back to us within 15
days with a copy of the packing slip/invoice. Please write refund
on the invoice. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned
items. We do not grant refunds or replacement for items that have
been damaged by the user. We are not responsible for damage
due to misuse of our products. No postage will be refunded.
Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to show up on your
account.

Exchange: Send the new and unused item back to us within 15
days with a copy of the packing slip/invoice and new size or color
wanted. Please include $4.95 for return shipping back to you. It
could take up to 3 weeks for you to receive the exchanged item.
To speed up the exchange process you can place another order
for the correct item and send the original new and unused item
back to us within 15 days with a copy of the packing slip/invoice
for a refund. No postage will be refunded. Please allow up to 30
days for a credit to show up on your account.

information collected from you, the customer, is only to be used
for processing your order. AT NO TIME will this information be
sold or used for any other purpose but to process your order.
These orders are those which are made with Delightful Products,
through our website www.delightfulproducts.com, by e-mail, fax,
regular mail or phone. AT NO TIME will we sell, exchange or rent
any personal information collected from you, the customer, to
others.

The only correspondence, e-mails, you will receive from
Delightful Products will be to confirm your order when placed and
to let you know the delivery details when the order is processed
and shipped, unless permission is granted in advance for future
newsletters.
