Cat and kitten handmade collars are also available in a
variety of cotton fabrics. They are made with a
lightweight interfacing, plastic breakaway buckle, metal
D ring and a detachable bell.  The breakaway buckle is
especially designed for cats/kittens. If the cat gets
his/her collar caught on something their struggling or
pulling will cause the buckle to open freeing the cat.
